On Sunday, April 1st at 7:00 p.m., Nudel will host a dinner celebrating American cheeses and American beers.  The evening will progress as follows:  First, I will lead a brief tasting, introducing the evening’s cheeses.   Bjorn will then serve a series of dishes, each created with a different cheese as his muse.  Brix’s Joad Bowman will select an American craft beer to accompany each dish.  Throughout the meal I will annoy you tableside, despensing pithy commentary.

Sunday April 1, 5-6 course dinner with beer and cheese pairings.  7pm, 60$ per person. RESERVATIONS accepted through email, nudelrestaurant@gmail.com
