Vegetables, Salads and Small Plates



Grilled Jerusalem artichokes, olives, smoky tomato ragout and rosemary salt


Fluke tartare, pickled muskmelon, toasted sesame


Eggplant, roasted sweet peppers, cucumbers and petite lamb chop


Great Hill blue cheese, crostini and apple-shallot chutney


Warm German potato salad, littleneck clams, bacon and herbs


Baby squashes, Caesar and marinated white anchovies


Seared skate, citrus and radish




Pasta, Noodles and Grains



 braised pork filled steamed buns, hoisin and broth


Veal and pheasant lasagna, Tuscan kale, fried onions and ricotta


Cauliflower and quinoa “risotto”, prosciutto, cherry tomatoes


Saffron “chili” with rabbit, white beans and sun dried tomatoes


Braised beef and garlic with Dijon spaetzle, egg drop
