Vegetables and Salads



Sweet corn, clam and bacon “stew


Romano beans, bacon, blue cheese and chopped egg


“Carbonara” arancini, parmesan fondue


Grilled tomato, radish and hot pepper relish


Roasted potato poutine, warm ricotta, pancetta gravy


Pheasant and pork sausage, mustard, apple and balsamic


Watermelon and cabbage salad, soy braised duck
