Dinner 9/24/09

Vegetables, Salads and Small Plates



Cauliflower mousse, sourdough toast, black truffles


Fluke tartare, pickled muskmelon, toasted sesame


Eggplant “parmigiana” done up all fancy


Maytag blue cheese, crostini and apple-shallot chutney


Pheasant and pork sausage, mustard, sauerkraut


Baby squashes, Caesar and marinated white anchovies


Seared skate, citrus and radish



Pasta, Noodles and Grains



Steamed “bao” braised pork, hoisin and broth


Veal and pheasant cannelloni, Tuscan kale, fried onions and ricotta


Potato gnocchi, pancetta, sweet peppers and shell beans


Saffron “chili” with rabbit, white beans and sun dried tomatoes


Spaghetti, stir fried egg, olives and roasted sunchokes



Simple, etc.


Couscous tater tots, garlic aioli 


Penne with roasted tomato and Parmesan
