Dinner menu 10/1/09

Vegetables, Salads and Small Plates



Smoked skate, apple, grapefruit and horseradish


Greens, hazelnut vinaigrette, bacon and fried onions


Cod, paprika, sweet peppers and cucumbers


Tomato tart, goat cheese mousse and thyme


Roasted sunchokes, curried soubise 


Littleneck clams, garlic, green olives and hot peppers


Steamed kale, nori, miso-tahini and crisp turnip
